1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of K&Q Universal Transport LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

K&Q Universal Transport LLC provides the following transport services in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Daytona, Naples, Ft. Myers, and Cape Coral, Florida:

• Medical courier and specimen transport
• Pharmaceutical delivery
• Non-emergency medical transport (NEMT)
• Logistics and freight services
• Corporate delivery services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Service Agreements

Specific terms for individual service engagements, including pricing, schedules, and service level agreements, will be outlined in a separate written agreement or service order between K&Q Universal Transport LLC and the client. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between the parties and are supplemented by any such specific agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Ensure all items tendered for transport are properly packaged and labeled
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the items being transported
• Not tender prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials without prior written authorization
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

5. Prohibited Items

Unless expressly authorized in writing, the following items are prohibited from transport:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Explosive, flammable, or hazardous materials (without proper authorization)
• Items that violate any applicable law or regulation
• Live animals (unless specifically arranged)

6. Liability Limitations

K&Q Universal Transport LLC shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, traffic conditions, accidents, government actions, or other force majeure events. Our liability for any loss or damage to items in transit shall be limited to the actual value of the item, not to exceed the amount specified in the applicable service agreement.

7. Insurance

K&Q Universal Transport LLC maintains appropriate commercial insurance coverage for our operations. Clients requiring additional insurance coverage for high-value or sensitive shipments should notify us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and transported materials with strict confidentiality. Our staff are trained in proper handling procedures and are bound by confidentiality obligations. For medical transport services, we comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type and will be outlined in your service agreement. For scheduled transport services, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
